The tracking updates were really vague, which made me a bit suspicious about what was actually going on with my order. I had to keep checking over and over because it never clearly said where the package was.

I ordered from byellie.co and it came way faster than I expected. They sent tracking and it got delivered on the exact day they said it would. No hassle or anything, happy with it and I’d order from them again.

The personlisation didn’t match what I typed, which was annoying since it was meant to be a gift. Really dissapointed with that.

The product itself was alright, nothing amazing, but not bad either. I might order from them again, though I’m not completely sure yet. I think I’d feel better if the delivery information was clearer and customer service replied a bit faster.

I even signed up for restock emails and never got anything back. It kind of feels like half the site is just there to look good but isn’t actually available to buy.
